Shipping Information
Delivery must be to an address in the Mainland United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and the Scottish islands). All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
Delivery Costs:
Most products are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on their size and value
CLICK & COLLECT: Collection from our Wadebridge Store is now available and FREE! Simply process your order and select "CLICK & COLLECT” and when you receive your email your order will be ready for collection from reception at Trelawney @ Wadebridge - Please allow a minimum of 3 hours for the ordering process and bring your email order confirmation with you, which contains your order reference number, you will also need the credit/debit card used to pay for your items.
£5.95 (3 to 5 day Service) All Standard Items - Which do not exceed the weight of 25kg per item.
£8.95 (Next day) All Standard Items - Which do not exceed the weight of 25kg per item.
FREE Delivery - Orders over £699.00 which are Two Man Lift Items (Furniture).
Delivery of your all 2 Man Lift Items will be made by a courier. Then courier will aim to deliver your goods within 20 working days of ordering. They will contact you direct to arrange a convenient date and time window to delivery your goods
For Orders to be delivered “Next Day” they must be processed before 1pm. Orders received after this will be delivered accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE: Next day delivery is not available on ANY FURNITURE or BBQ’s at present.
